We've all been there — staring at our knitting wondering where it went wrong and how on earth to fix it. This class is here to change that.
Knitting S.O.S. is a hands-on troubleshooting class designed to empower you to truly read your knitting. You'll learn how to identify common knitting mistakes, understand how and why they happen, and — most importantly — how to fix them with confidence. No more frogging an entire project when one stitch goes sideways.
By the end of class, you'll walk away with the skills and knowledge to catch problems early, correct them efficiently, and feel genuinely in control of your craft. Recommended for Advanced Beginner/Intermediate.

Breed Sampler
Fine wool, medium, down, long, primitive - these words are thrown around but what do they mean? With so many breeds of sheep available to us and new ones popping up every day, how do you choose the right one?
We’ll explore spinning wool from these umbrella terms as well as their characteristics and common uses to help you make more informed decisions for your next project. We'll discuss facets like luster, crimp and micron count and do some demonstrations of how to begin tackling these different fibers.

Take a deep dive into the Fish Lips Kiss Heel in this intermediate sock clinic. We’ll focus on the construction of the FLK short row heel and review how toes, cuffs, heels, and gauge contribute to overall fit and structure. Spinning an Intentional Yarn
If you’ve ever wanted to spin a large quantity of yarn for a garment or larger accessory and have been stuck with no idea of how to start, you’re in the right place. This class will begin with a discussion about yarn construction, fabric drape and density, then sampling process from start to finish, and then transition to a talk about grist, micron count and wool characteristics. We'll discuss how to choose & much fiber to buy for a project. We'll discuss fabric construction and what helps the fiber shine.

Bring a piece of clothing or cloth accessory and learn how to add some embroidery embellishment! Meant for the beginner, join Emily as she walks you through the process of using basic embroidery stitches to spice up your existing wardrobe. Ready to add color and creativity to your knitting? This hands-on workshop is designed for knitters who want to explore colorwork techniques in a clear, supportive, and approachable way.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of stranded colorwork, including how to read colorwork charts, manage two colors at once, maintain even tension, and prevent common issues like puckering and long floats. We’ll also cover yarn selection, including color contrast.
This class is ideal for adventurous beginners and intermediate knitters who are comfortable knitting and purling and ready to take their skills to the next level.

Managing floats and yarn dominance
Maintaining consistent tension
Choosing effective color combinations

In addition to teaching how to fix common knitting mistakes, we will also teach you how to “read” your knitting so you can identify the problem and correct it. For Beginner/Intermediate knitters.

Participants select their yarn, hook, and project type then choose a stitch pattern to personalize the texture and design.
You can bring in your own pattern or use the instructor’s pattern; choose your own adventure!
With hands-on guidance from the instructor, you'll experiment with different colors, patterns, and embellishments, resulting in a one-of-a-kind accessory!
