The original Mooncrush was made with Purl Soho Field Linen, but we think our luxurious Equinox Sport base is wonderful substitute! This fingering weight yarn is a blend of silk and linen, offering the best of both worlds:
Soft and gentle on hands: The silk content makes Equinox Sport significantly softer than pure linen, ensuring a comfortable knitting experience.
Beautiful drape: The linen content maintains the gorgeous drape that makes the Mooncrush tank so dreamy.
A touch of shine: The silk adds a subtle sheen that elevates the look of your finished project.
Gauge: Our sample knitter was able to get gauge with our yarn and the suggested needle size.
Equinox Sport: 65% Silk & 35% Linen 365yds/115grams
